Palm Desert Fiduciary Services,  was founded by Arthur C. Passante, in 2012, to provide a full range of professional fiduciary  services to the communities of the Coachella Valley, Riverside County,  Imperial County and San Bernardino Counties. 

Mr. Passante has an extensive career back-ground, with over 35 years of professional  executive experience in the international educational media field.   Working with different cultures in over 50 countries, Mr. Passante  managed and directed a $20 million dollar portfolio of intellectual  property generating multi-million dollar yearly returns for his  clients.

Mr. Passante is a California Licensed Profes-sional Fiduciary (license #607) and earned an MBA from Thunderbird School of International  Management (Glendale, Arizona) and his BA from the University of  Arizona.  In preparation for his fiduciary career, Mr. Passante also  attended classes at the UC Riverside's Professional  Fiduciary Program.

Our clients come from many different back-grounds with many different individual needs.

Some seniors find themselves alone after a partner's death, some feel isolated and many are vulnerable to family member demands and stranger's trying to sell them something they don't need (undue influence.)
